• We ask that you only enter the building when the front door is propped open.  This means that clients from the previous class have cleared and we have sanitized the space and are ready for you!

  • We advise clients to wear masks until you reach your designated workout/yoga space.

  • B.Y.O.G. (Bring Your Own Gear) For the time being we will not be offering towel, mat, prop or water service. However, you may still use our fountain to fill your personal water bottle. *CrossFitters* please wear your street shoes to the box and reserve your gym shoes for in the gym only.

  • Take off your shoes at the front door.

  • If you can please come ready to workout/practice.  To avoid overcrowding in the restroom area please change at home or work when possible.

  • We ask that clients thoroughly sanitize their space and hands before and after class.

  • PLEASE stay home if you or anyone in your family is not well. Resting is your body’s top need if you are ill. If you are determined to be sick after arriving to class our staff may ask you to go home. Please do your part to help us keep our community healthy.
