This practice is the perfect mix of active vinyasa style yoga and restorative yin style yoga designed for all levels and especially for CrossFiters and athletes looking to recover muscles and gain flexibility. The instructor will lead you through 30 minutes of vinyasa yoga to warm up the body systems then work deep into the muscle and connective tissue with 30 minutes of yin yoga to increase mobility and flexibility. (Heated 85 Degrees)
