This class will help you continue to advance your practice, giving you the opportunity to flow and let go.  The instructor will guide students through invigorating flows of standing and balancing poses that will be repeated several times to allow to explore poses while connecting mind, body and spirit. This is our most dynamic and free flowing class and will have you coming back for more!  All levels welcome but an understanding of the basics is recommended to help you stay safe and happy in the free flow classes.
