Looking for an intense class that doesn’t focus so much on Olympic lifting and powerlifting? X light is for you! X Light is CrossFit scaled, it is still based on functional movements at high intensity but is not geared towards a lot of barbell movements. This class also doesn’t call for onramp, you can join at anytime.
