GETTING STARTED YOGA:

TAKE THE FIRST STEP AND REGISTER FOR A CLASS!

If you’ve never done yoga before or you haven’t in a while, getting started can seem like a daunting task.  Many thoughts may be going through your head; am I flexible enough, am I strong enough, do I have enough experience, do I have the right clothing/equipment?? The answer to all those questions is YES you are 100% ready TODAY, JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!

NOT SURE WHAT CLASS TO START WITH?

IF YOU’RE A BEGINNER AND WANT TO TAKE IT SLOW… a great place to start is with VinYin or Gentle Yoga.  These are our less intense classes and will help you get started!

IF YOUR WANTING TO MOVE BEYOND THE BASICS AND TURN UP THE HEAT… try our Free Flow Vinyasa and Power classes.   These classes will challenge you to show up on your mat in a big way!  You’ll learn to deepen your practice through breath, balance and endurance in these more intense classes.

PREPARING FOR CLASS

We have all the equipment, mats and props you’ll need! Try not to eat anything heavy before class, bring water and come with an open mind, open heart and ready to enjoy the experience. We look forward to meeting you! (Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first visit. This will give us time to get acquainted, give you a tour of the space, and get you settled in.)
