The Program

Common Ground’s Program is a mixture of functional movements that are constantly varied and performed at high intensity. Every class is led by a coach and each workout can be tailored to everyone’s individual needs. The goal of each class is to move the body, stay safe, turn up the music, and have great time. 

The lifestyle

We at Common Ground are all about consistency! To be successful in your CrossFit journey you need to be consistent in your attendance to the gym and consistent with your diet. No need to make things complicated, eat a well balanced diet of meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds and avoid high processed foods and minimal sugar.

The Staff and Athletes at common ground are the best around and will be just the accountability you are looking for. Unlimited Membership

Regular: $135/month 

Teacher/Serviceman: $115/month 

Student: $90/month 

30 days for $30 CrossFit intro (first month) 

30 days for $30 Jtm+ yoga sculpt intro  (first month) 

Joint unlimited CrossFit and yoga $160 

Jtm + yoga sculpt unlimited $75

3x Week Membership

Week is Monday-Sunday, no roll over days

Regular: $85/month 

Teacher/Serviceman: $75/month 

Student: $60/month 

Class Sessions

Onramp bundle three 1 on1 sessions $65 

Onramp single session $35  

10 class pack $120 (3 month expiration date) 

Drop in $20 

Week pass (7 consecutive days) $60


All memberships are monthly based and non contract binding. You can cancel your membership at any time as long as it is 30 days before the next payment. Please visit the members portal page to manage your membership.
