We’re excited you’ll be joining crossfit!

If you’ve never done CrossFit before or you haven’t in a while, getting started can seem like a daunting task. Many thoughts may be going through your head; am I strong enough, do I have enough experience, do I have the right equipment?? The answer to all those questions is YES you are 100% ready TODAY, JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! If you want to see what it’s all about before trying your first class, just stop in the box Monday thru Thursday from 4pm-6pm for a guided tour of the facility.

Take the First step and register for you $30 for 30 days.

The 30 days for $30 is an unlimited membership giving you full access to classes for an entire month. 

At Common Ground we use an online registration system called Wodify. It’s a great app that allows you to sign up for classes, manage your account and track you progress. (Not a techy? No worries! Just come to your first class about 20 minutes early or call and schedule an appointment and we can get you set up.) We appreciate students signing into classes because it lets us know you’ll be coming and it reserves you a spot in class. Please sign in!


Not sure what class to start with?

You can start in any class on the schedule that says all levels CrossFit. Other classes will be labeled as advanced levels CrossFit and should be avoided till more experience is gained. Once you have begun your 30 days for $30 we highly recommend that you take go through our onramp process so you get the best CrossFit experience. 


What is Onramp? 

The Onramp process is three 1 on 1 sessions with a coach where we will we dive into not only the movements of CrossFit but also how to adopt the lifestyle of CrossFit. In these sessions we will begin to discuss nutrition, mindset, and goals setting to help keep you accountable on your CrossFit Journey.
