On the surface it would seem that CrossFit and Yoga are unrelated, but we believe there is common ground between the two. Sisters Kelsey Terry and Molly Pabsts are grounded in the belief that functional fitness and movements are the ultimate way to keep the body thriving. We believe in combining the strength, power and endurance of CrossFit with the balance, flexibility and mental benefits of yoga to create a healthy lifestyle that promotes longevity and mindbody wellness. From this philosophy and their desire to help others in their community thrive they created Common Ground.
