Getting Started with Yoga

If you’ve never done yoga before or you haven’t in a while, getting started can seem like a daunting task. Many thoughts may be going through your head; am I flexible enough, am I strong enough, do I have enough experience, do I have the right clothing/equipment?? The answer to all those questions is YES you are 100% ready TODAY, JUST THE WAY YOU ARE! We have mats and props you can use, just bring yourself and a water bottle. We will take care of the rest!

NOT SURE WHAT CLASS TO START WITH?
If you’re a BEGINNER and want to take it slow… a great place to start is with VinYin or Gentle Yoga. These are our less intense classes and will help you get started!
If you’re wanting to move BEYOND THE BASIC and turn up the heat… try our Free Flow Vinyasa and Power classes. These classes will challenge you to show up on your mat in a big way! You’ll learn to deepen your practice through breath, balance and endurance in these more intense classes.
If you want a great workout to STRENGTHEN and TONE…try a Barre or Sculpt class you’ll leave feeling strong and ready to conquer your day!
