The client will work with the coach on defining struggle areas, determine macros, build menus and weekly grocery shopping guides, and create healthy and sustainable changes in overall health and wellness through nutrition and relationship with food
Healthy Talk- FREE 45 min session to discuss goals, options, ask questions
Nutrition Tune-up- FREE 60 min session where we focus on simple steps to get you started or just answer small questions you may have, without committing to longer duration programs
6 week Lifestyle Change- where we focus on small changes to help kick start your health and wellness journey. From food logs to constant check-ins, we work on building healthy habits. - $150
3 month (12 week) Lifestyle Change- where we focus on reshaping how we view food in addition to our 6 week lifestyle change focus areas. From simple mindset shifts to grocery shopping tips and tricks, you and your coach will reshape your habits into healthy lifestyle changes - $300
Health coaching/lifestyle/behavior change
Online coaching services offered
Reclaim your life by focusing on your mind and behaviors. Health coaching is more than just your healthy behaviors or habits, but the process of making ongoing and informed decisions. A health coach’s job is to support an individual through their journey. Health coaching is not prescriptive, meaning they don’t tell their clients what to do, but rather help their client examine their choices for themselves. Additionally, health coaches focus on the health outcomes of their clients typically related to their physical health- individuals who have had a clinical diagnosis that requires sustained lifestyle changes.
Biweekly sessions- $165/each session

All memberships are monthly based and non contract binding. You can cancel your membership at any time as long as it is 30 days before the next payment. Please visit the members portal page to manage your membership.
